Job Placement Service Provider
W.O.C. Publishing is an approved Job Placement Service Provider, (vendor) with the Colorado Division Of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). We provide job-related services, assessments, including, job-search assistance, job placement, and job coaching services to adults 18 and up with disabilities. Clients must be referred from DVR or TRE Counselors.
We help empower our clients, by providing an opportunity for them to discover and follow their career interest after assessing their skill sets and capabilities. Based on the outcome of our assessment we will strategize a plan to determine the right employment needs of each individual client.
JOB SERVICES OFFERED
1. Job Search - We provide Individualized job search and placement services suitable and consistent with the client.
2. Job Skills Development - We help our clients conduct job searches, develop soft skills, resume skills, complete applications, identify and list references, target potential employers, and interview effectively.
3. Job Coaching/ Placement - The client has secured employment and all conditions are met.
4. Follow-up Services - We conduct supportive services by providing continued support leading to employment stability, and report to the DVR.
